John Shaffer, Lisa Dougan and Tom Crowley from Aligned Partners Trust Company will discuss issues and challenges arising during the trust administration and estate planning process. The panel will discuss directed trusts, beneficiary designations, IRAs held in trust among other topics. The panel will also discuss challenges encountered during the course of administration and practical tips on assisting with efficient planning.
