Many estates have a significant portion of wealth tied up in “complex” assets such as a privately owned business or real estate.  These assets can present an estate planning challenge that might be addressed by various charitable planning techniques.  This presentation will help attendees identify families and assets that would benefit from charitable planning.  In addition, attendees will receive a survey of the numerous philanthropic techniques available for complex assets.
