EPC Pittsburgh Sponsorship Opportunities

$1,000 Luncheon Sponsorship* includes:

  • Company name and logo on luncheon invitations and meeting notice
  • Table display at luncheon
  • Luncheon registration for one company representative
  • Recognition from podium by council president during luncheon
  • Company name and logo on luncheon slide show loop
  • Company name, with link, on sponsorship page of web site.
  • Company name, link and logo on home page of web site
  • Opportunity to greet guests and distribute name badges with council executive at registration desk.

* 3 Luncheon Sponsorship opportunities are available per year. Lunches are held in September, March and May. Each sponsor, per luncheon, is industry exclusive.

$1,500 Social Event Sponsorship* includes:

  • Company name and logo on luncheon invitations (sent via email)
  • Table display at Social
  • Company name, link and logo on home page of web site
  • Opportunity to greet guests and distribute name badges with council executive at registration desk
  • Opportunity to give 5 minute company commercial
  • Registration for 3 guests

* Up to 3 Social Events may be held a year. Each sponsor, per Social, is industry exclusive.

$5,000 Annual Dinner Sponsorship* includes:

  • All benefits included with Luncheon Sponsorship.

* Annual Dinner meeting is held in January. Attendance is larger than at luncheon meetings and a cocktail hour is included.
